The hair itself was actually really nice and soft, so I don’t want to act like it was bad. But the length definitely felt shorter than what was listed. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it had me wondering if they’re measuring it in some secret stretched-out way behind the scenes. Still cute, just not quite the length I expected...

I found the website easy to get around. The pages loaded without any trouble, and I was able to find the hair products I wanted without having to click all over the place. The checkout felt simple too, with no weird or confusing steps. From the way everything was laid out, I kind of assumed it was a site that’s made for people who just want to shop quickly and get on with it, which I appreciated. Overall, nice and straightforward.

I had an issue with my order after weeks, it still wasn’t properly sorted. The replies were slow, and I kept having to chase for updates. It had that feeling like there wasn’t a real person actually taking ownership of the problem, just vague responses here and there. Really disappointing aftercare, and I wouldn’t use them again...

I ordered from Medusa Hair the delivery was slow. I didn’t get many clear updates either, and from the tone of the little communication I did get, it kind of felt like it wasn’t much of a priority. The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the waiting around and lack of proper updates made the whole experience a bit frustrating for me.

I waited more than a week for my package and it still never showed up, the tracking barely changed the whole time and I kept checking it thinking maybe there’d be an update but nothing really happened, it was super frustrating and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

Uh, my hair started getting tangled after just one day. Brushing it out was such a hassle, and I really don’t think I’d buy it again.

I wasn’t expecting a huge difference, but after a few weeks my hair definitely looks and feels thicker. It’s really easy to use, and I’m glad there’s no odd smell lingering after applying it. Even just around my parting, it looks a bit fuller now. Happy with it.

My order arrived on time, which was great, but the packaging felt a little too basic for my liking. The box was slightly squashed, and there wasn’t much inside to make the product feel really protected. Luckily everything was fine, but I couldn’t help thinking how annoying it would’ve been if it had arrived damaged, especially at this price. Not a bad experience overall, I’d just feel better ordering again if the packaging was a bit sturdier

I was confused by the quality. The hair felt really rough and kind of cheap right out of the package, like not what I was expecting at all?? Definitely disappointed.

I asked for a refund and it just dragged on and on. For the price I paid, I expected the process to be a lot smoother, but the replies were slow and I kept having to follow up myself. Even by the end, it didn’t really feel properly resolved. Frustrating overall.

I ordered from Medusa Hair and, to be honest, I was mostly worried it was going to feel heavy or annoying to wear. I know some people are really picky about that stuff, and fair enough, but that was my main concern going in.
Once I got it on, though, it was actually really comfortable. It wasn’t scratchy, didn’t pull at my head the way others I’ve tried have, and I wore it for most of the day without constantly thinking about it, which says a lot.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because it did take a bit of adjusting at the start. That’s not really a huge complaint, and I don’t think it’s fair to make it sound worse than it is, because after I got it sitting right, I had no real issues with it

It’s okay, but I couldn’t really get it to look much different. There just aren’t that many styling choices, or at least I couldn’t find many, so it feels a bit limited...
